Politically strong men threates to kill a man over property.
Asmat Ullah and Abdul Ghani, have taken over a poor mans land, and are threatening to kill him over it.
Even after the court has ruled the matter in his favour, he is not able to get his land back. They are threatening to kill him, if he does not let go of this matter.
The poor man claimed that his father could not take their threats and died in fear. As they are threatened on a daily basis.
They want to kill him, along with his wife and kids so there is no-one left to claim the property.
PM Chaudhry Abdul Majeed, Chief Secretary, and Chief Justice AK supreme court, should solve this matter and get me my property back, said the poor man.
Fataypur Thakyala (Nakyal) resident Abdul rashid son of Mohammed Hussain was telling his story during the Kashmir Press Club conference.
He works in a factory in Karachi, and this land is all he has to show for his work. The case was taken to Fataypur Thakyala Court, and the ruled the case in his favour. Despite that Asmat Ullah and Abdul Ghani, refuse to let go of the matter and threaten to kill him if he does not stop asking for it.
He appealed that PM Abdul Majeed, Chief Secretary, and Chief Justice Azad Kashmir supreme court, should solve this matter and get him his land back.
